Quest Apartment Hotels New Zealand remains “Open for Business” – Recovery package offer
The last four weeks have been a challenge for everyone in New Zealand, individuals, and businesses alike. The level four lockdown that was instigated at 11.59pm on 25 March changed the landscape of everyone’s perception of what normal everyday living and working looked like.
As we work our way through levels three to two and ultimately one and the new normal, Quest’s number one priority remains to ensure the health and wellbeing of guests while delivering great apartment hotel accommodation.
All 35 of our properties remain open. We are currently providing accommodation to guests of the Ministry of Business Innovation and Environment, Ministry of Health, DHB’s, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Ministry of Social Development, NZ Police, Department of Corrections and IRD as well as other essential workers such as doctors, nurses and locums.
Our properties are being operated under the guidelines of the New Zealand government with rigorous and intensified apartment hotel cleaning and sanitisation procedures in place. Necessary precautions are being taken to keep guests safe. We pantry shop for guests, and each Quest room offers guests their own private amenities including kitchens, laundry facilities and we provide fresh bed linen and towels, so they don’t have to leave their room if they are self-isolating. We also encourage frequent handwashing with soaps and sanitisers placed in bathrooms.
As we enter levels three and two, domestic travel will look to re-emerge, especially with international tourism not on the short term radar and we are doing everything we can to conduct our business in the best way possible. In doing our part, Quest wants to help New Zealand businesses get back to doing business as well as anyone else thinking of getting away from their bubble. We have a two night recovery special equating to 25% off our standard rates that includes free wifi and car parking* and double Air New Zealand Airpoints at all of its 35 properties around New Zealand.
